2. Description of Services

Gemssay Enterprise provides cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) products delivered digitally over the internet. Our Services include:

  • Claw2Agent: An AI agent automation platform for deploying, managing, and operating AI agents.
  • ReadSmart: An AI-powered book summarization and reading insight platform.

All Services are digital software services. No physical goods are sold or shipped.

3. Service Availability and Access

Service access may be offered through invitation, pilot programs, or public release depending on product stage and region. We may change feature availability, eligibility, and access methods at our discretion.

4. Account Registration

When registration is available to you, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Subscription and Payment

Our Services operate on a subscription model with optional prepaid credit top-ups. All payments are in US Dollars (USD). By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing pages.

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis.
  • Prepaid credits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
  • Prices and packaging may be updated with prior notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services.
  • Use the Services to transmit harmful, offensive, or infringing content.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Gemssay Enterprise or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gemssay Enterprise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Termination and Cancellation

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may cancel your subscription according to our Refund Policy. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via the Services or by email. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
